After working in the Corporate environment for large organizations for 25 years, Tracy wanted to use her experience to help small to mid-sized organizations and created Propel HR Solutions. Tracy is a “Champion of Change” and driven to support the development of leaders, employees and organizations. She is an intuitive and compassionate coach and believes that an engaged workforce drives performance.
