Tracy Gniewek, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, HR Strategist
Tracy Gniewek is the Owner/Founder of Propel HR Solutions where her work as an HR Strategist has been instrumental in developing HR Programs for small to mid-sized organizations throughout Las Vegas.
Tracy is a dynamic leader with 25 years of experience creating opportunities for individuals and businesses. Tracy has directed the human resources initiatives for several of Las Vegas’ premier gaming properties including Planet Hollywood, the Aladdin, MGM Grand, and the Light Group. These programs have included talent attraction and retention, cultural development, compensation and benefits, leadership development, organizational design, diversity, and performance management within unionized and non-unionized environments.
Tracy creates employee-focused strategies to boost employee engagement, performance, motivation and satisfaction while meeting an organization’s business model and objectives and improving the bottom line. She specializes in spearheading the creation and development of the culture and human resources function in new and transitioning organizations. Her commitment to people-oriented leadership practices inspires all levels of the organization.
Tracy’s personal style and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are especially compatible with her comprehensive knowledge of legal compliance. This supports an organization’s ability to avoid employee relations issue and possible litigation.
Tracy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is an active member of the Board for ESM and became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in December, 2010.
In her spare time, Tracy is an avid golfer and actively volunteers with the Children’s ministry at The Crossing Church.
